Hi, I have a VGN-FZ21Z with the nvidia geforce 8600M GS graphic card. A few days ago when not using the computer it suddenly crashed and the screen go kinda **** up showing red och green stripes all over and only 4 colors and the resolution got set to 600*480. I restarted the computer but the screen still showed different graphic errors and only 4 colors and 600*480. I can still log in to windows and everything works fine except for the graphics. The graphic is like that even before windows has launched,
When I look in the devicemanager there is a yellow triangle over the graphic card and I get the error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I have tried reinstalling different drivers but nothing seems to work...the strange thing is that maybe every 10th time I restart the computer everything works fine for maybe 5-10min and then it crashes again 😞
Is there any chance this is not hardware related or do I have to get a new graphic card?
