My SVF (UK model) Vaio Laptop has the Broadcom BCM43142 wireless adaptor. I have fresh installed Windows 10 and the wireless is fine.
The driver - found by Microsoft during the fresh install - is version 6.30.223.256 dated 02/06/2013.
Have you got that driver? It is (obviously) not a W10 driver but that is what is currently on offer.
Interestingly, Sony USA support are offering their customers (with Broadcom adaptors) a driver version 6.30.223.263. in their Windows 10 software downloads......
