I have problem with my VGN-N31S hinge and it's broken. My laptop is 2 years old and I am not covered under any warranty now. Cost for repairs is quoted around 230 GBP (You can buy new around this price today).
Does anyone know better place for repair or option to claim this through Sony because I believe this is a manufacturing fault after all, because I am not alone there are many more (Search on Google) with broken hinge on there Vaio.
I don't know what Sony is doing about this but if anyone know anything on this let me know! or if you are suffering from same problem join me!!
