Updating Firmware

Hi. KDL-40EX520 Bravia EX.  TV Firmware PKG3.704GAA-0104. Serial number 2064554

I can not update Firmware to version PKG4.005EUA. Is it right firmware. If it is not pleas help me.

Yes the firmware you mention is the latest version, did you unzip the file before copying the update to your USB memory stick.?

1. Open  Windows Explorer, locate the downloaded  sony_tvupdate_2011_4005_eua_auth.zip, and  unzip it. A folder called  sony_dtv0FA10A01A0A1_00000100 will now be created in your local drive.
2. Copy the folder to your USB device.
