Sony Bravia XBR-55HX929 in Europe

Hi,

There is a Bravia model XBR-55HX929 that I would really like to get. One thing I do not get is - is this model available in Europe (anywhere)? I can find it only in the US stores. Don't we have this model in Europe at all, or perhaps it has a different name?

The closest model would be the 55HX923 in the UK or 55HX920 in mainland Europe. I think the only difference would be the type of digital tuner used inside, but check you local Sony website for full info.

Hi,

Catmambo is correct, the XBR**HX929 for the American market and will not work in Europe and you will most likely need theHX920 series.

i.e HX920 (spain), HX925 (germany) etc, check your local Sony store or website, also as Catmambo said.
