It's an old TV by today's standards but I only have one minor problem.
I want to connect my computer to the TV via HDMI for video and the audio into the phono sockets next to the HDMI socket but I can't get the audio to work.
Using a media player and HDMI the sound works so either the analogue audio input on the TV is not working or it is not designed to work that way. I've also tried putting audio into those sockets and selecting all the inputs on the TV but it doesn't appear anywhere.
Should the two work together or am I going to have to find a way of routing the audio via HDMI?
(I've done some research and know about the P Board and can even source one online but I'd like an idea whether it's worth it first.)
