Is there Firmware update for KDL 32BX320 if so can you please put link of the site below. Im being having problems with the sound cutting out every so often, for about 2 seconds at random times but only on HDMI mode but on scart mode it is fine. Many thanks

Unfortunately there is not a firmware update available for your Bravia KDL-32BX320..:smileysad:

Have you tried using a different HDMI lead.?

If you check the support page for your specfic TV, it should tell you if there is a firmware available. I think there is a link in the BRAVIA Internet Video FAQ if you can't get there via the support link.

If there is not - try doing a full factory reset to see if that improves things. Details in the FAQ.
