How do I connect my KDL-40ex403 to i'net & what can it then do please?

Hi there,

Techno non-savvy person here so please be gentle!

Bought a KDL-40ex403, and have a wireless network running at home. What do I need to buy to get it connected to the i'net withouth using my pc? I'm guessing a USB dongle and maybe a keyboard in order to operate it? And once connected what can it then do? Can it surf "normal" i'net and can  then watch iplayer etc on it or can it just look at Bravia Internet Videos?
