Hi, does anyone know how to disable the Shop Mode facility on the Sony Bravia TV. Have just bought the last demo model in the shop and cant get the demo icons on it to disappear

Hi,

try doing a factory re-set and set up the tv from scratch, you will come across the option of shop or home mode then.

i would think the easiest way is to go to the settings menu and restore factory defaults, do a new set up and choose it on the way in
