Bravia KDL-26S3000 Lost Red button on most BBC channels

As the subject says...

OK on BBC1 but otherwise all BBC Red Button services are missing.  Humax PVR has all BBC Red Button services so it isn't the transmitter.

Tried a retune - didn't work.

Turned off Auto Service Update - didn't work.

Ideas??
