Brava KDL-32EX401

I recently bought a Brava, model KDL-32EX401, but I cannot register it on www.sony.eu/bravia/getmore.

The model does not appear on the pick list and when I try typing the model number in I get the message “Product description not available in the country and/or language you  selected”. It seems  impossible to email Sony.

Can anyone help?

I'd register via mysony on your local Sony homepage. From there you can select the same options i think.
