Active 3d glasses for Bravia W829

Just bought a KDL50W829 which included 2 pairs of ative 3d glasses .... I need an additional 2 pairs

It appears that there are only 1 version on sale (TDGBT500A) & these sale for £50!!:smileyshocked:

Are there any alternatives that will work with this TV?

Hi there

Unfortunately there are no alternatives - You can only use the TDG-BT500A. 

You also cannot purchase 3D glasses from older Sony TV models either.  Back in 2011, I paid more than £70 each for 2 lots of 3D glasses.  So they have come down in price

Your local catalogue retail store (sounds like bArgos) stock S*ms*ng SSG-P51002 twin pack active 3D glasses for under £30, they work perfectly with my 55W829
