Walkman player problem

When playing there are some random cuts on the sound (approximately 1 sec each cut and twice or more per track). I tried the flight mode to turn off interferences from network but it´s the same. Last software version installed.

I tried meanwhile turn the Extended Standby Mode OFF (Settings-Device-Power Management) and now still happens but less frequently and another times the sound fades in also for 1 sec approximately.

Anyone experienced the same problem? Any solution?

After two technical interventions through Vodafone the radio works at last. Both tech reports mention that just a software update and a parameter reset has been done.

Why the first didn't work? No answer. Total time for these two tech interventions - 3 weeks!
