Hi
I moved to a different OS, still keeping Outlook on another laptop. When I tried to send photo's by bluetooth from my Sony to the Toshiba laptop, I click on the bluetooth icon; the Toshiba name comes up. I click send, and a message comes up on bottome of photo, "sending file to bill hp" (my other laptop).
In the settings, the Toshiba is properly shown. The bluetooth connection has disappeard from the HP laptop, but its name appears to be stuck in the Sony. I can't see any way of resolving this. :(.

No problem about going on it's finding a solution have you allowed Bluetooth permission on both devices ?
go into your bluetooth settings and unpair the bluetooth connection and reconnect to the toshiba also delete the sony from the toshiba and start afresh
Hi
Thanks for responding. I've already been into the Sony's settings, and the HP laptop is no longer shown. Only the Toshiba is shown as paired. I've dumped the Sony from the Toshiba and re-installed it. The Toshiba page shows that it's paired with the Sony, except the connection is shown as 'off'.
Bluetooth was working fine earlier today on the HP., but disappeared as soon as I opened it on Toshiba. Still shown on Start panel, but nothing else.
It's strange that when sending photo's, it shows going to Toshiba, but says 'sending to HP'
Sorry to go on - and on!
Hi
Thanks for your help.
Everything was turned on that I could find. I eventually took every connection I could find apart, and re-connected them. The thing works now. I must have had a bad connection somewhere, whic wasn't apparent.
Appreciate your help. BillC
