Safe mode, water and non working volume down button

Hi everyone, yesterday i wash my Xperia M4 Aqua and make a restart. The phone turns on in a safe mode and volume down button is not working. I tried to restart the phone so many times but still load safe mode and the button is not working. Help anyone?

I'm sorry to hear that. If you press volume down when you turn on your device it will boot in to safe mode. If your volume down key is not working properly the device will always boot to safe mode.

I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center.  They are experts on service routines and procedures in your country and can assist with any questions you may have.
