Hi, I have updated my phone through Sony Pc Companion. Is there any way to back up the flashing files for future use? Where can find those files. Please help me
Thanks...

They are stored on your PC, now, you will need flashtool to create an ftf file and then to install it later on

You cannot save the flashing files, your pc companion allows you to reinstall the actual software if needed.

Okay, I can't. But, those files are definitely stored in my PC. Aren't they? Then, which is the folder? So that I can delete the files to clean my pc.....

I do not think they are stored, they are downloaded, installed and removed.

Off course they are stored. Because, if you try to reinstall the firmware, PC companion won't try to download the files again
