When I select SEN all I get is a black screen?

I recently bought a Sony BDP-S490 Blu Ray.

Ive registered online and hard wired to my router.

Everything else on the player works ok, but when I select SEN all I get is a black screen for around 10 mins then it switches to the screen saver.

I'm not sure what else I need to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried just running a factory reset on it? Should sort it out without any bother...
