VTX-D800U no BBC 2, 3, 4 after switchover re-tune

BBC1 is OK, but eg BBC2 comes on, then disappears after a few seconds, reverting to last channel watched.  Oddly, if BBC 2 is selected through the EPG, the channel stays on as long as the EPG information is on screen, but disappears after a few seconds after the EPG is switched off.  Oh, yes - on Sony's digital switchover site the VTX-D800U guides for auto or manual tuning aren't there!

After spending a bit more time I have resolved the issue!

First, I was eventually able to download the Manual Re-tuning Guide for my model from the Sony site - this was the 'missing link'.

The channel numbers you need to follow Sony's instructions can be found at digitaluk.co.uk on the Manual Re-tuning page.  You need to enter your postcode on this page to get the correct channel numbers for your local transmitter.

Keep a printout of the information from both websites as some of the channels will change again on 18 April, so you might have to do another manual re-tune.
