universal remote control codes

mother-in-law bought this remote control RMEZ4T as she has poor sight, brilliant for that BUT we cannot get a code for her TECHNIKA TV.  Tried help line but no joy. SOMEONE HELP.PLEASE.  Don't want to return it as it's a nice bit of kit'

...and here's another question along the same lines (from a newbie, hello everyone!)

I want to check (before I buy one) whether there are the right codes for the EZ4T to work with my mum's TV.  According to the telephone support (nbg!) I should be able to download the instructions and see the list of codes on there.  Anyone got any idea where I actually find the instructions?  Searching for them gets me nowhere (although it might just be me....)
