it probably needs a firmware update and this can be tricky to do, download the latest firmware, extract it to your desktop (easiest place) then burn to a blank disc but make sure you click the finalise disc tab also check that the file is the same size as the one on the download page.
having said that, did you mean it wont play some titles or all of them? as this could mean a fault in the player itself.
