I would be grateful for any help/suggestions. I am temporarily connecting a brand new Bravia CX52 to an old (Panasonic) DVD/5.1 sound system. TV sound routes out (via SCART) to the sub-woofer and other speakers, and all is good.
However, when I try playing videos or music loaded onto a USB stick, I can only get it to play via the TV speakers not via the 5.1 system, even though I am selecting 'TV' (as usual) on the sound system...
Q - Do usb connected storage devices (sticks or h/drives) require a non-SCART connection cable between Bravia and amp?
