MT 500 Soundbar sub woofer not linking

I have a problem with the subwoofer not pairing with the sound bar. I have tried all the usual ways advised in the manuals but to no avail. My subwoofer led blinks a pale green rather than an orange not sure if this is significant.

Welcome to the community. 

I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.

The subwoofer may be out of range for the connection to take place, so try moving them closer and connecting again.
