Ever since the digital switch off I have had problems with my hard drive player. I went through a stage of the pictures being jerky when I had recorded something and also sometimes the picture would go blank. I also had problems with the sound being out of sinc with the picture. This problem seems to have gone away but I am now having the problem of the sound bar on my Sony Bravia not working when the hard drive player is on. The original problems would go away if I reset the recorder, I would have to do it about every two weeks. The problem now doesn't alter with resetting.
Why do these problems keep happening when nothing has altered with the player? It is very frustrating as for the first year I had the player there were no problems at all. Now it seems to go from one problem to another and they are very expensive to replace. You spend a lot of money on these things thinking that if you pay for good quality you are going to get it.
Any help with the current problem would be appreciated.
