I seem to have a problem with my HDT500 losing channels from the EPG. I have scanned and saved my channel list but on two occasions now I came to use it and most (not all) the saved channels were gone.
I did an update scan and it refound the channels and added them back in. Not sure if it is a factor but it has happened twice now when it was not activly used for a period of a few days.
Has anyone else found this to be a problem or it this an issue which means I need to take it back?
Also just to confirm what another person posted - the key "bounce" is a pain. You press and nothing hapens then it makes the change only to jump back again.
Also I notice the EPG "window" is smaller i.e. less channel/programmes displayed than on the Sony TV, this seems a bit mad given that they look to be the same format.
Not really the quality I was expecting from Sony given the excelent performance of the TV.
