Hi, I have a recent purchase 46HX923U, combined with a BDVL600 home-theater. When the current wife wants to play her IPhone, or a teenage IPOD goes on - the TV automatically comes on and control is via screen & remotes. Is there any download app or firmware available, that would allow us to connect and control an ipod device for music without the TV coming on? I expected to hit function buton on the theater unit, and find 'USB or IPOD', similar to FM radio function. Said function doesnt exist & we have binned our home stereo...
We could get used to it - I just find it odd that cant play an IPOD type device stand-alone.
If someone has a work-around top tip, would be appreciated. Cheers:smileygrin:
