BDV-E370 downloads

I am trying to download the firmware update for my BDV-e370 player from the Sony site, but the link doesn't seem to work.  When I click on the link its just returns to the top of the page without downloading the data. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone recommended another site to use?

Hi,

it is best to do this via the network, connect the player using an ethernet cable to your router and do it that way, this method is highly recommened by Sony.
