WH-CH700N bluetooth headphones

Hi I have these headphones and when I plug the charge cable in the red light comes on for a split second and turns off again not allowing me to charge them. Any help would be appreciated thankyou

Hi Colccfc, 

Are you using the original cable that came with the headset? If that's the case, you could try to reset it by pressing the Power and the NC buttons during charging.
