Advice please: I've sold a SLV-SE830G VCR player to someone but before posting it forgot to check if there was a tape in the machine; there was. Now they can't eject it without damaging the machine. Does anyone have an ideas please how I can do this? I can't refer to the manual as this was sold with the machine.
