I had several accounts that used two different e-mail addresses. When I tried to login to register a new tv recently, it would not let me sign in without first linking accounts. If I said 'no' it returned me back to the sign in page, so I had no option but to say 'yes' if I wanted to proceed.
However, it seems to have defaulted to my Sony Entertainment Network ID and I have lost all my other product registrations under my MySony ID. These two accounts were assigned to different e-mail addresses, so not sure how this could have happened in any case - surely linking accounts should only be possible between the same e-mail address?
In any case, I scoured the website for support on this issue to no avail. Can anyone assist in getting my previous product registrations back?
