You'll have to enter the model number in its correct fashion, which is DSC-W830. Alternatively, you can press on " Can't find your product? Search by category." and select your camera from the list.

I have done this already. No use.

In Italy it is possible to record this model, there should also be the possibility in the United Kingdom, I imagine the database is the same.
