Can someone please give me a contact number to speak to someone who can actually help. I've sent numerous emails, which are never replied to and have called the 02073652810 number provided. I've also called 01932816000 which was given to me by flextronics and spoken to an absolutely useless member of sony's staff who just said ''I'd have to wait''. I've asked for callbacks but they're just constantly ignored. Sony's 'customer service' is disgusting and I'll never be buying another sony product again because of it

The sony support team is absolutely dreadful at getting anything sorted. The only way I was eventually able to get anything done was to email [personal details removed by moderator] directly. He's the general manager of sony customer service for europe. He didn't reply himself but someone replied on his behalf and I had the issue resolved within 24 hours (sony had collected my laptop a whole month prior to this). Hope this helps.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to adjust the font size of the information displaying the album, track and artist listings? I don't care about the size of the album art, but want to be able to read the text without glasses. I have the NW-E394 and the text on this is just too small. Is the text on the NW-A35 any bigger?
