so my sons friend has a sony xperia e1 she was updating software but stupidly removed battery whilst it was in process of updating software,now its got a robot on screen with a red warning sign!! please help what should she do now????? thank you in advance 😉

Charge the device for about 1 hour,retry the process with PCC:

thanks even if the phone is fully charged should she still charge it for hour?also im guessing this means she will have lost her things on phone pics n wotnots?

Repair using pc Companion.

Yes,a repair it will erase everything.But if the update will be continued,nothing will be lost.
