dsc h400 shutter speed

Can anyone help with my dsc h400 camera it says in the manual you can use continuous shooting mode up to 100 shots .No matter what setting I use I only get about 5 shots and the shutter speed us really slow .

welcomt to the Sony User Community Forum..

The "shoots upto 100 frames & upto approximately 0.71 frames per second when you continue to hold down the shutter button" that you are referring can I guess be effected by resolution, image size & speed of your SD card..

Have you tried lowering the resolution or image size??

If that doesn't help then maybe try a faster speed SD card..
