A problem with my camera

Hello I have a little problem with my camera. It is a model Sony DSC-P12. The problem is that some time when I can not shoot me out of the image display and constantly hear a noise. I tried to RESET, but do not fix

I'm not sure I understand the problem: is the camera not working when you press the shutter?

A constant noise is not normal with this model and probably indicates an internal fault, which is quite possibly related to the problem and which will need to be repaired at a service centre.

If you are in the UK you can register for a Sony-approved repair here or alternatively, ask at a local electronics repair centre for an estimated repair cost.

The problem was identified and removed: gone spring band around the lens. I am from Bulgaria. Thanks anyway
