Ear Speaker not working

I purchased my new Xperia c and unboxed it. I inserted new sim card and made my first call. The ear speaker is not working !

please help me

Settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Check again.

Problem came again. I was using only one SIM in my phone. When I put two Sims problem came back. Like last time clearing data of smart connect is not working. . Heart broken, pls help
