Bravia rebooting

 Since I did the latest update on my Bravia 43” Android it keeps randomly re-booting, usually on being powered up for the first time each day. It also often randomly switches to the screen for my USB stick which is in one of the rear sockets. I’m not that technical, so any simple solutions would be much appreciated.
