I purchased a 55A95L in December 2024, I also purchased a TA-AN1000 receiver.
the tv is connected to the receiver via hdmi 3 and is using eARC.
Sky Q is connected to the tv (HDMI 4)
pass through is turned on
when it works the sound is very good, although I do experience slight pulsing from the speakers when there is no signal or when using apps (which shouldn't be happening on such an expensive amp)
i now experience total sound loss on any source (Sky or apps). The only way to restore sound is to restart the TV, I've tried to restart the receiver and the Sky Q and have narrowed it down to the TV as the source of the problem.
does anyone have a more permanent solution to this fault?
As a side note, I must say I'm really disappointed with Sony, against my instinct I chose Sony again after owning an XD9305 which was replaced 3 times for being very unreliable.

I think your more permanent solution may be badged LG or Samsung, once you have returned this Sony set for a refund 😢
