Would you like to win an amazing HDR-MV1 Music Video Recorder?  All you need to do is tell us your Top Five Christmas songs to be in with a chance of winning!

Terms and Conditions:

1.            This promotion is open to residents of the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, and Spain only and entrants must be aged 18 or over.

2.            No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.

3.            In order to be eligible to enter the competition you must have a Community profile.  If you do not have one, you can register on the site for free (at http://community.sony.co.uk).

4.            Members of Sony and their supporting agencies are not allowed to join the competition.

5.            The competition runs from 12:00 (noon) CET on Monday 2nd December 2013 and will close on Sunday 8th December 2013 at 23:59 CET. No entries will be accepted after 23:59 CET on that date.

6.         There will be 3 European winners. They will each receive a HDR-MV1 Music Video Recorder.

7.         Submissions need to be a personal Top 5 of Xmas songs.

8.         Out of all Submission a Pan-European Top List will be compiled. The 3 Submissions getting closest to the final Pan-Europe Top Five will win.

9.            The winner will be notified by private message within 2 days of the selection having taken place.

10.          If no response to the notification is received from the winner within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.

11.          The prize will be delivered to the winner within 6 weeks after the date of response from the winner.

12.          Any taxes payable in relation to the prize will be for the winner to bear.

13.          No maximum number of competition entries.

14.          The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.

15.          Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute, similar prize of approximately equivalent or greater value.

16.          By entering the prize draw, participants will be deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
