I used the 4k recording on Xperia 1 ...it is kind of lag ..but in the cinema pro app it is working just fine...is it a software issues or it supposed to be like that?..is there any fix to it?

You might have a faulty phone, or your operator software might be borked, or there may be another issue.
I would report the fault, and also report the issue to Sony Mobile Support, rather than being "not sorry" and feeling they "deserve" to lose money, that's just an immensely childish attitude to have.
I have indeed tested this intensely :
Here are my results , if you are interested.
I found that there was ONLY ONE lag, however that was my fault as i was filming in 24fps and panned the camera too quick.
NOTE: 24FPS you have to pan much slower
Other than that there is not one lost frame or 'choppyness' however what hte problem is and others may agree with this is that there is a stabilisation issue.
Filming in 1080P
No issue and stabilisation works a treat.
Filming in 1080p HDR
HDR is a little weak, however no lost frames and their are stabilisation issues.
4K WITH and without HDR
Stabilisation issues on normal app and Cinema Pro 24FPS really bad aND 30 FPS It sounds like you either have some software installed thats lagging the phone or indeed you are unfortunate enough to have a faulty one, NOR do I have overheating issues either:)
Hey there, if it helps please refer to my rather thorough (if I must say so myself) test results.

Cheers fella
The issues is software most of the time, my phone can't record 4k non HDR properly ( droops lots of frames), but ok with 4k HDR recordings, is still overheating easily, no cooling setup on the processor and they should run lower voltages, i never had no heating issues with my XZ Premium. I'm using the default Camera app.
4K HDR with 2X and 1X (52 and 26 mm lens) lens work fine
4K no HDR possible (16 mm lens) drop frames, choppy... no good
4K non hdr broken on all lenses 16, 26 and 52 mm.
Also lower resolution modes 1080p or lower are hit and miss,
Default Camera app is junk, the Pro app works but no Optical stabilization and no full auto mode or 16/9 mode
After then last firmware-softare update, I have no issues anymore with 4k recording, both in HDR and non HDR modes,
