Ton wird von externem Mikro wird nur übertragen, wenn die Alpha 7 auf Aufnahme steht

Hi zusammen, es geht um die Kombi Alpha 7 IV (2020) mit Rode VideoMic NTG an einem ATEM Mini Pro ISO. Das Rode Mic ist direkt am Mikroeingang der Alpha angeschlossen. Die Aufnahme der am ATEM angeschlossenen Kameras läuft über das ATEM als ISO auf eine SSD. Der Ton des Rode Mikros über die Alpha 7, wird ans ATEM allerdings nur übertragen, wenn ich auf Aufnahme klicke. Läuft keine Aufnahme, erhalte ich auf dem Monitor zwar ein Bild der Alpha 7, allerdings keinen Ton. Sobald ich auf Aufnahme klicke, kommt dann erst ein Ton am ATEM an und kann aufgenommen werden. Weiß hier ein Profi weiter? Gibt es eine Einstellung um generell einen Ton zu bekommen, auch ohne das die Kamera auf Aufnahme stehen muss? Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe...

Sound from external mic is only transmitted when the Alpha 7 is in record mode.

Hi all, it's about the combo Alpha 7 IV (2020) with Rode VideoMic NTG on an ATEM Mini Pro ISO. The Rode Mic is connected directly to the mic input of the Alpha. The recording of the cameras connected to the ATEM runs through the ATEM as ISO to an SSD. The sound from the Rode Mic via the Alpha 7, however, is only transferred to the ATEM when I click on record. If no recording is running, I get an image of the Alpha 7 on the monitor, but no sound. As soon as I click on record, a sound arrives at the ATEM and can be recorded. Does a professional know what to do here? Is there a setting to get a sound in general, even without the camera being in record mode? Many thanks for your help...
