UBP-X700 MKV via USB - Skip to time or chapter

I am attempting to play MKV files from a HDD connected to the USB port. The files play fine BUT there appears to be no way to skip to the next chapter OR jump to a specific time. Am I missing something? The "Next Chapter" button jumps to the next file in the folder.

Previously I have used an aging LaCie player which support MKV chapters and jump to time, but does not support 4K, hence the purchase of the UBP-X700.
