I cannot get PIP on my KDL 40EX43B. It shows on the list of items available but does not connecy up.

Am I not connecting up correctly or is it not available on this model ?

PIP works only with a PC connected to the TV. It shows an image from the PC and simultaneously a small image from the TV tuner.

.. and the way to get it is as folow go to button option in central console of remote-right, and will appired manu in tham You can select PiP option. Of course connect TV to PC with one of cable....look support page on link
