I'm connecting using a network cable through the Ethernet port I have on my notebook, but it seems that the laptop and the modem do not react at all, just as I hadn't connected the cable. Any idea? Is there any possibility the network adapter which is bundled in my notebook (Intel PRO/100 VE) is not compatible with the modem or cannot be used in the US?
