recovery tool missing fz21z

hi,

i got a new fz21z a few days ago. i made some serious mistakes so i decided to reinstall my operating system. well, i cant find the recovery utility anywhere 😕 without that small tool i wont be able to burn my backup os. does anyone have this tool and send it to me?

Have you downloaded and read the Troubleshooting and Recovery Guide for your FZ21Z?

If you have tried installing another Operating System and lost the Recovery Centre, try tapping F10 when you turn your Vaio on - at the very first Vaio logo screen.

thanks for the fast answer and thanks for the documents. well i would do what the document tells me but iam not able to do so without the Recovery-tool 😕 unfortunately i already deleted it 😞 so where can i get it?

I don't think the Recovery Centre software can be downloaded.

If you cannot access the Hard Drive Recovery with F10 at startup and you have not made a set of Recovery DVDs, you will have to contact Sony support and purchase a set of Recovery Discs - about 30€.
