      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an AR31S and I am trying to Skype but my camera appears not to be on. I have checked drivers for latest versions. The only clue to my problem is this code 10 fault. I do hope someone can help before I have to go out and buy a seperate camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi tullius and welcome to Club Vaio.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Unfortunately the Code 10 Error does not help us much - it is the error Device Manager reports when it knows there is an error but doesn't know what it is.  It is the error code of last resort!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This usually means that the actual hardware is faulty or has become unplugged.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are sure you have the right driver but it will not install, then a repair is needed - or you will need that seperate camera.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can find the Camera Driver in C:\Drivers\Camera&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.de/html/@8A5BDCECEE2E5AB683F2BDAA500F2036/images/smilies/035.png" alt=":slight_frown:" title=":slight_frown:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
