hello all, can anyone tell me if leaving the ac adaptor plugged in when the battery is fully charged can damage it,or does the computer switch to ac mode automatically? have heard lots of different stories and am not sure what to believe i have vaio model VGN-NR38E Thanks for any info.

Hi there

I would always unplug the adaptor if battery is fully charged,
or remove the battery when running from mains power as it can shorten the battery life
