When plugging it in the computer/software would recognise the device and start the program automatically - so no problems.<BR /><BR />Now when plugging in the camcorder nothing happens. The software does not start up and when I do start the software to capture the video footage I get an error message to say the device is not recognised in the port. I reinstalled the software (just in case that had a glitch) but the problem still occurs.<BR /><BR />I have checked under device manager to see if the device is listed, but it does not appear in the list.
