Click Device Manager. Expand Network adapters, then right click on Atheros wireless adapter and select disable )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If problem will not apear while wireless disabled, do download that driver&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://letitbit.net/download/2d8559308415/Atheros-7.6.1.122.zip.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://letitbit.net/download/2d8559308415/Atheros-7.6.1.122.zip.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and extract it, then update your Atheros wireless driver manual -&amp;gt; in Device manager expand Network adapters, right click on Atheros wireless card -&amp;gt; choose update driver, click on install manual and browse to location where you have extracted downloaded driver.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please check and give feedback&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried disabling my wireless adaptor but the problem was still there, my card is an Intel wireless Wi Fi link 5100. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The sound is like is like a bag of crisps being crunched!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for all the advice and help with this issue - I think I've cured the problem. In the Realtek Speaker/HP window in the Enhancement tab I disabled all enhancements and this stoped the distortion! The strange thing though is when I re-instated the enhancements the distortion did not come back - how odd - not that I'm complaining - Once again thanks for your help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
