    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI &lt;BR /&gt;I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM AS I HAVE JUSRT SENT MY SONY VAIO OFF FOR REPAIR FOR A BROKEN SCREEN, WHEN THE LAPTOP WAS RETURENED TO ME 2GB OF RAM WERE MISSING FROM MY LAPTOP.&lt;BR /&gt;MY LAPTOP IS A NEW Z SERIES WITH 4GB OF RAM.&lt;BR /&gt;WHEN I RECEIVED THE LAPTOP THE COMPUTER WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW ON CAD PROGRAMS AND WHEN I CHECK IT ONLY HAD 2GB OF RAM.&lt;BR /&gt;OPENED THE BACK OF THE LAPTOP AND SURE ENOUGH SOMEONE AT SONY HAS TAKEN 1 OF THE 2GB OF RAM CARDS OUT.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I WANT EVERYONE WHO HAS RECENTLY HAD THERE LAPTOP REPAIRED TO CHECK THERE RAM AS I BELIVE MOST PEOPLE MIGHT NOT NOTICE IT IF THEY WERE NOT RUNNING COMPLEX PROGRAMS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I AM CURRENTLY IN DISCUSSIONS WITH SONY TO SORT THIS MATTER OUT BUT I AM VERY APPAULED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVEN.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK THERE RAM BY JUST GOING TO MY COMPUTER AND CLICKING PROPETIES. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS SUFFERED FROM MISSING RAM WHEN BEING REPAIRED. &lt;BR /&gt;CHEERS &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LUKE &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PS SORRY BOUT CAPS ONLY REALISED HALF WAY THROUGH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
