    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All&lt;BR /&gt;I have a "Sony Vaio VGN-CS11S" and it is working just fine.&lt;BR /&gt;Only yesterday after downloading some data from an external hard drive, all 3 USB ports installed will no longer recognize the external mouse I am using sometimes on my laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However all 3 USB ports do still recognize any external attachments such as Hard Drive, Camera, Memory falsh disks.etc...&lt;BR /&gt;This message keeps popping out: &lt;BR /&gt;"One of USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned , Windows does not recognize it, For assistance in solving this problem click on the message"&lt;BR /&gt;at Task bar.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Note The external mouse is working fine on the home Desktop Computer.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;H.Debs&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
